We aim to despatch all orders the next working day following receipt of payment and a contact telephone number being provided.
Please allow 4 working days from receiving despatch email to receiving your order.
Delivery Information
Our standard delivery charge is per drum. We regret we cannot combine delivery charges because of weight and height restrictions, although quantities of more than 5 large drums pallet rates can sometimes work out cheaper. Please contact the sales team at whywaste0@googlemail.com for pallet rate charges.
If you are in an area outside Zone 1 by committing to purchase you are accepting the additional charges and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you have already paid we will email you to advise of the additional charge.
Please ensure your delivery address, including postcode and contact number are correct as your item will be sent to the address you have provided.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Please add any special delivery instructions in the "notes" section of your paypal payment.
Next day deliveries are available. Please contact our sales team for a quote.
Ideally a signature on delivery is expected, however, we have agreed with our courier that goods can be left without a signature.
We would appreciate if all customers could advise us of special delivery instructions at the checkout stage. We will endeavour to add this additional information to the booking form.
If you do not intend to be home to take delivery please ensure a signed and dated note is left on your door with instructions where our courier can leave your goods.
**Goods are left at customers' own risk. We cannot be held responsible for goods going missing**
Returns Policy
All our drums are in “used” condition.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item you can return it to us provided it is in the same condition as despatched to you.
The item must be within returned within 7 working days following receipt.
You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return carriage costs.
When returning the item please include your name, address, date of purchase.
Your refund will be for the item only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us.
If you receive a damaged item, providing you have informed us upon receipt, we will either replace the item or refund you in full.
Any item sent in error will be replaced and the incorrect item collected by us.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of making payment in full. We aim to despatch orders the next working day following full payment being received.
As mentioned in the "returns" section above in circumstances where the order has already been despatched the customer will not be reimbursed for shipping costs already incurred by Why Waste
